Sea Edge Villa is a magnificent two-bedroom villa nestled on Smith's Reef Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This premium, two-story villa is perfect for traveling families of four or a romantic getaway for two traveling couples. The open-concept interior of Sea Edge Villa gives it a light and airy feel. The colorful decor blends modern European design with a Caribbean flair. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill every room with natural lighting and spectacular turquoise ocean views. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including stainless steel appliances, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, and a breakfast bar. A well-appointed, beach-level living room features a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto a private patio. Ascend to the upper level to access both master suites. Spacious and comfortable, the bedrooms feature plush, king-sized beds, flat-screen TVs, and en-suite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs, standing showers, and large vanities. The bedrooms also offer spacious balconies overlooking the ocean and white-sandy beach.

Seamlessly flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces through the villa's many sliding glass doors. The beach-level patio, accessible via the living room, features a plunge pool, chaise loungers, an alfresco dining table, and a BBQ grill to cook up the catch of the day. • Cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival date to get a refund less fees
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
• $235 cleaning fee plus tax is added to the rental rate
