About this villa

Villa Perroquet is the ideal place to enjoy a family-style vacation. Set 980 feet from the fabulous Leeward Beach, this villa offers a sparkling pool and large patio with coconut trees, sago palms, and plenty of seating. A poolside gazebo with built-in grill and shaded dining area creates the perfect setting for casual meals and barbeques.

For a change of scenery, take the cooler, portable beach chairs, and umbrellas down the street to the beautiful ocean. Crystal clear water and amazing views are just a short walk away!

Inside the villa are three comfortable bedrooms, an indoor living and dining area, full kitchen, and laundry room for guest use. The entire home benefits from ceiling fans and full house air-conditioning.

There's Wi-Fi throughout the villa, a 60-inch flat screen television, and portable Bluetooth speaker.

When you decide to venture out, the heart of Grace Bay, with it's selection of restaurants and boutique shops, is just a 6-minute drive away.

Villa Policies

Electricity allowance included up to $150 per week. Excess usage is charged at current market rate plus 12% tax.
Parties, events, and ceremonies are not permitted at the property. Please note the property can only be used by the guests included on the reservation and the property cannot be used as a venue or gathering place for friends, visitors, or invitees of the reserved guests.
Guests with children in the reservation are required to sign a children liability and damage form.

We are celebrating our daughter's eighteenth birthday and upcoming graduation. We told her we would take her anywhere as her gift and she picked Provo. It has been a perfect week. I am so glad we chose Villa Perroquet. Christine is an amazing host and provided anything we needed. We have driven most of the island and all agree that Leeward is the perfect spot for us. My daughter and husband had a great parasailing experience on the Fly Hannah with Miguel and Sammy. The mahi tacos at the Coco Van are a must! We have made memories here that will last a lifetime.
