Welcome to Villa Acajou, a limited availability luxury villa located on 0.75 acres of professionally landscaped gardens along the canals of Leeward Going Through on Providenciales, a private residential neighborhood with extensive canals and excellent beaches. Acajou is French for “Mahogany," and you will find this exotic wood throughout the houses in custom built cabinets, counters, floors, doors, and windows. Villa Acajou has been professionally decorated and appointed by one of the island’s top decorators.

The main house has four bedrooms (3 Kings, 1 Queen) and 3.5 baths. There is also a full bath with an outdoor shower adjacent to the solar heated pool which sits between a gazebo and an outdoor bar and grill, bordering the 50-foot dock along the canal. In addition to the main house, Acajou has a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom guest house with a full kitchen and sitting area. The guest house features a large, newly constructed patio with outdoor patio furniture and an in-ground jacuzzi plus another outdoor shower.

Every bedroom and sitting area (including the outdoor gazebo) has a television connected to a state-of-the-art media system which includes cable television, Apple TVs, and Firestick TVs. High speed internet is available throughout the entire property (including outside). Other amenities include a cross trainer on the second floor of the main house, 2 standup paddle boards, 2 clear bottom kayaks, life vests, and more than 14 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and several umbrellas. Feel free to paddle or kayak the canals or adventure out into the shallow ocean waters less than a 5-minute paddle away.

Leeward is ideally situated at the east end of Provo and is less than 3 minutes from a local beach (Sunset Beach), as well as the infamous Grace Bay Beach (rated #1 best beach in the world on Trip Advisor) and Long Bay Beach (rated #10 best beach in the world on Trip Advisor). Acajou is also less than a 5-minute walk to Big Blue Collective which offers fun a variety of recreational water activities.

The dock at Acajou Villa is also home to Sail Beluga (www.sailbeluga.com), a 40 ft private sail charter that’s been sailing the waters of TCI for 40 years. Sail Beluga can accommodate up to 8 guests and does not combine groups to keep every trip private. Sail Beluga's guests utilize a separate entrance to the dock and guests at Acajou Villa can reserve private sails at discounted rates. Contact www.sailbeluga.com separately to arrange your private sail which can include snorkeling the reef or just a scenic sunset sail. Ask Nick and Michael who run the charters anything you want to know about the island and places to go as they have lived in Provo for years.

Of course, the heart of Provo with all of its exceptional restaurants and shopping is just minutes away. Book this villa quickly, as rentals are limited throughout the year.

• Electricity allowance included up to $500/week. (Please note any power overage is charged back at market rate + 12% tax)
