Centrally located in Grace Bay, Anna's Villa is a 5 bed, 5 bath gated property featuring a pool and large outdoor space. It’s the perfect villa choice for large families or groups, and the separate, detached guest house offers more privacy and seclusion.

This house was recently renovated and refinished. The main house features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll find the master suite, with an ensuite, spacious bathroom and also a private balcony. On the lower floor are two bedrooms, living room, and full, expansive kitchen.

Separately, the guest house features two bedrooms and a single shared bathroom and is fully equipped with a kitchen and living room.

Nearby, the restaurants of Coco Bistro and Cocovan can be found less than a 4-minute walk away, and the popular Grace way Gourmet supermarket is a few minutes’ drive away.

This vacation was SUPERB!! Anna's Villa was even more beautiful and well stocked than we even expected or imagined! The location to the beach was perfect and magical. Our two families has a memorable vacation of a life time and we are already chatting about our plans for a return trip. Ron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about not just the villa itself but also the island as a whole. He came over in a flash when We mentioned that we were down to our last jug of water. This is my second time staying at this property. It’s better than described. The property is very well equipped. It even has Calphalon cookware and a Vitamix blender. It’s a chefs dream. The bathrooms were nice. Really a perfect villa for couples or ladies groups. Every representative has been amazing and very helpful.
