Sapphire Sunsets Beach Villa is a newly renovated luxury villa right on beautiful Sapodilla Beach in Providenciales. Situated just 50 feet from the water, breathtaking views of the ocean and beach abound from the house and pool deck. Dramatic tall glass doors in the living areas open completely to invite the most incredible aqua and blue hues of the water right into the house. And a private boardwalk leads the way to the softest and whitest sand beach you can imagine, boasting calm gin clear waters. The villa and beach both face west, providing amazing sunset opportunities every night.

Located in the prestigious residential area of Chalk Sound, away from the resort crowds at Grace Bay, Sapphire Sunsets Beach Villa offers everything you might need for a wonderful vacation with family and friends – from a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and well-appointed bedroom suites, to a 50-foot infinity edge pool with areas for both adults and children. 17 - minute drive from Providenciales International Airport (PLS)
1 - minute walk to lovely Sapodilla Beach. Chalk Sound is a highly scenic natural lagoon in the southwest of Providenciales. This national park features shallow and brilliant turquoise water with hundreds of small rocky islands.
3 - minute drive to Taylor Bay Beach, known for powder white sand and clear, turquoise waters.
5 - minute drive to Las Brisas Restaurant.
10 - minute drive to the nearest supermarket
20 to 25 - minute drive to the world's best beaches (central Grace Bay) restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and Provo Golf Club are located.

Fantastic home to vacation! The lovely landscaping in front all the way to Sandy beach is amazing. We spent a lot of time playing games, cornhole, paddle boarding (saw sea turtle twice & a sting ray!) and lounging. Fun picking out a new spot each morning to have coffee. Went to Que Bola Little Havana near police Station, for a good meal and Las Brisas was good to walk to for food. Appreciated the stocked kitchen and beach chairs. Had Gourmet catering drop off a catered meal one night which was yummy, especially their rum cake Thaks for sharing your paradise. Gamm Family. Wisconsin. + Dawson's Michigan, Chicago, Boston

Go Boston! 11 of us! My Favorite Family vacation ever!! We came here for our grandpas 80th B-DAY, filled with love and memories. It was great to experience the warm water. The amenities and the layout of the house/pool/beach were perfect. We felt as if we rented a private a beach! Annalisa was very gracious to us while we were planning and so well organized! We are so grateful to have found the gem!
