About this villa

The open design of the luxury holiday home allows a view of the Caribbean Sea from every room, beginning the moment you walk through the entrance. The 32-foot wall of glass doors that enclose the living area and kitchen completely opens onto the screened porch. You can also open the remote-controlled wall of screens and fully enjoy the outdoors. There are ceiling fans in every room, although the cross-breezes rarely make them necessary.

LIVING AREA: The main level features seating options perfect to enjoy the view, read a book or watch television. There is a stereo system when you can play your CD's or plug-in your MP3 player. The screened porch has a spacious dining area, comfortable cushioned chairs and a convenient bar-refrigerator. A powder room is found just off the front entry of the luxury holiday home, to keep bedroom suite areas private.

VILLA KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen has everything necessary to prepare a quick breakfast, a poolside snack, or a gourmet meal. The maple cabinetry and breakfast bar were custom made on the island. The design includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a limestone mosaic backsplash, and paintings by a local Turks and Caicos artist. When you don't want to cook or grill, there is a lovely waterside restaurant and bar you can walk to, or there is always the option of a short drive to any of the island's other restaurants, ranging from very casual to sophisticated gourmet. We will be happy to provide recommendations. There are three bedrooms with ocean views, each bedroom with a private bath. Fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the sandy beach, mingling with the sound of the trade winds as they gently rustle the leaves of the palm trees. Each room has an individually controlled air-conditioning unit, when AC is desired. (Air conditioning in the bedrooms is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open and is charged back to the guests at cost). THE BEACH: Sapodilla Bay has the whitest, softest sand that you have ever walked on. The bay is calm and shallow for a long distance out and is a great swimming beach for both children and adults. The beach is very secluded and you will often be the only ones there. Swim at dawn under the pink morning sky and swim at night under the stars. A short, winding boardwalk takes you from the pool to the sand.

THE POOL: The pool has a beach entry access - one end of the pool is shallow enough to provide a gradual transition into the pool or function as a wading pool for small children. The pool uses a new salt-generating system instead of chlorine and is very gentle to the skin and eyes. The deck has a table for alfresco dining and there are enough pool chairs and loungers for everyone. At night, it is idyllic for stargazing and viewing the lights of sailboats moored in the bay.

SUNSETS: This sought after beachfront location offers unobstructed, panoramic sunsets. Watch for the green flash as the sun melts into the water.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Master): King bedroom, with sliding glass doors which open onto the main deck, pool and views of the turquoise ocean. The ensuite bathroom features a dressing area and walk-in shower with pebble-floor and double sinks.
• Bedroom 2: Suite features a queen four-poster bed, built-in mahogany dresser, and sliding glass doors onto the pergola covered balcony. Perfect as a quiet reading spot or as an elevated sunset view. The shower has louvered windows with a view of the bay.
• Bedroom 3: This room can be made up as a King bed, or as two twin beds if preferred. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony and provide a full view of the bay. On the glorious beach of Sapodilla Bay, Turks and Caicos, the main level deck offers space for outdoor dining, lounging, reading and swimming in the pool. The patio is surrounded by flowers and lush island vegetation and provides seclusion from the outside world. At the end of the day, it is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the ocean.

• 17 - minute drive from Providenciales International Airport (PLS)
• 1 - minute walk to lovely Sapodilla Beach. Chalk Sound is a highly scenic natural lagoon in the southwest of Providenciales. This national park features shallow and brilliant turquoise water with hundreds of small rocky islands.
• 3 - minute drive to Taylor Bay Beach, known for powder white sand and clear, turquoise waters.
• 4 - minute walk to Las Brisas Restaurant.
• 10 - minute drive to the nearest supermarket
• 20 to 25 - minute drive to the world's best beaches (central Grace Bay) restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and Provo Golf Club are located.
