About this villa

Breezy Palms Villa, which is set on the picturesque Chalk Sound, is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath property which has all of the modern amenities such as a Jacuzzi tub, a separate game room (with a pool table, kitchen/bar area, and TV) but the feature of this villa is the infinity pool looking out at the pristine waters of the Chalk Sound National Sanctuary. This protected environment doesn't allow for motor craft, but feel free to kayak, windsurf or paddle board in these waters.

Breezy Palms Villa is fully landscaped, and of course surrounded by local Palm trees. There is a private one bedroom unit with it’s own terrace and spectacular view. Amenities include a large gourmet kitchen, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout. Entertainment center (incl. plasma TV, DVD, stereo etc.), pool table, wet bar, and free wireless internet.A rental car is a must, as you are staying in a quiet residential community, with a 15 minute drive you can be in the heart of Grace Bay. Award winning sandy beaches, restaurants, art shops and water sports await you. Everything from the beginning of your holiday when you step off the plane and meet your Breezy Palms Representative who will assist you and will give house orientation, and who will be available throughout your stay, It is important to us that you are able to relax and enjoy yourself and have the holiday to remember... and return to.

17 - minute drive from Providenciales International Airport (PLS)
5 - minute drive to lovely Sapodilla Beach. Chalk Sound is a highly scenic natural lagoon in the southwest of Providenciales. This national park features shallow and brilliant turquoise water with hundreds of small rocky islands.
5 - minute drive to Taylor Bay Beach, known for powder white sand and clear, turquoise waters.
6 - minute drive to Las Brisas Restaurant.
10 - minute drive to the nearest supermarket
20 to 25 - minute drive to the world's best beaches (central Grace Bay) restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and Provo Golf Club are located.

The pool dimensions are 28' x 14'; pool depth is 4'. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Villa Policies

Air Conditioning allowance up to $400 a week. It is metered separately and excess is charged at current market rate + 12% tax.
Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.

This trip was amazing! You cannot beat the view here a Breezy paIms Villa! DEfnitely use the kayaks & paddle boards to explore the surrounding islands! A must is going to Smith's Reef- we saw lots of sea turtles and a stingray w/ lots of other sea life. (theres a snokle gear by the pool) Coco Bistro was by far our favorite restaurant, but the Almond Tree & Da Conch Shack were delicious as well. There will be a cat snowing up every morming - that's the house cat cheeze-it! She is very friendly I loves to be pet a to hang out by the pool. PLEASE take care of her. Shell eat most food, but there's leftover cat food hidden in the pool house cabinets" This trip was amazing! Thank you!

The view was absolutely amazing, as was the house. This was everything we could've asked for and more. Cheez- It basically became part of our family and followed us around from the front of the house to the pool and just sat around with us. She has a set of lungs on her. Please look after her.

sun-sea & family is exactly what Breezy Palms save us. We enjoyed every moment- the view is breath taking- we had wonderful memories at Sapodilla + Taylor Bay Beach we chartered a boat with Okeanos-Josh was great and captain Tom + First Mate, Johnny were fun- Make sure you go Paddle boarding + kayaking when it is on a calm day - Marine room was delicious and Omars is a must for conch fritters + beach views. Grab a massage from Taneisha on the lanai - (649-245-0634) ♥ Waldrop / Credle Julian was fantastic! - Travel Crew

We cannot express the beauty of this place. The view alone is enough, but the house is everything you can ask for. We made the best memories & the staff is quick to respond if you need anything @ all. Pelican beach 10/10,+ Snorkeling. We could not have asked for a better experience. Trip of a lifetime. Caicos Island charters tour was AMAZING! For food we love French Bakery, Mango Reef, Bugaloos, & Bella Luna! Turkshead brewery was awesome for beer for $$. Grace Bay is a blast to shop!
