About this villa

Villa Sunset Point is located on the south shores of Providenciales. It appears to be two villas but is in fact one large villa built to ensure privacy and memorable views from every room.

Sunset Point offers 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, gourmet equipped kitchen, swimming pool and numerous decks, covered and uncovered as well as a hammock for total relaxation.

Set amid lush and colorful landscaping this villa features high ceilings, tasteful decor and luxurious comforts.

A white sand beach and tennis courts are minutes away.

Additional/Optional Sleeping Areas: pull out bed in King Bedroom

Please Note: The main structure, which includes the living room, kitchen, game room, and master bedroom can be rented for two people only, at a reduced rate during the low season

Bedrooms

King Palm Suite (see photo): Suite includes a king bed, a conversation area with queen sleeper sofa, and an open sleeping loft with two queen beds. Access to the loft is via a ladder, so the loft itself is not recommended for toddlers or small children. Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan.
Queen Palm Suite (see photo): Located in the main building, the Queen Palm Suite is appointed with West Indies style furnishings and Caribbean-inspired decor. Open the shutters and you’re treated to an unrivaled view of turquoise waters for as far as the eye can see. Stretch out on the comfy king bed, feel the tropical breezes, and listen to the sound of the waves.
Hibiscus Suite (see photo): Located on the first floor, the Hibiscus Suite features a comfortable queen bed and en suite bath.
Orchid Suite (see photo): Queen bed. Ensuite Bath . Located on the first floor. Air Concitioning, Ceiling fan, Access is via a private entrance with digital security lock

17 - minute drive from Providenciales International Airport (PLS)
3 - minute drive to lovely Sapodilla Beach. Chalk Sound is a highly scenic natural lagoon in the southwest of Providenciales. This national park features shallow and brilliant turquoise water with hundreds of small rocky islands.
4 - minute drive to Taylor Bay Beach, known for powder white sand and clear, turquoise waters.
4 - minute drive to Las Brisas Restaurant.
10 - minute drive to the nearest supermarket
20 to 25 - minute drive to the world's best beaches (central Grace Bay) restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and Provo Golf Club are located.

We booked this trip 9 months in advance so our anticipation was extremely high. But this beautiful villa didn’t disappoint at all. From our escort from the airport to the house to having Julienne greet us once when we arrived at the villa, to the lovely cleaning ladies everything was an amazing experience. Julienne (property manager) was very helpful & very easy to get a hold of when we had questions. The mid week cleaning is a great thing especially when you are a large crowd. The alarm system was not working when we were there but regardless we felt very safe. The villa is perfectly situated. We spent the first half of the day by the pool , & floating by the dock & then after lunch headed around the corner to the unbelievable beach (Taylor Bay) some of us walked but most of us went by the water. It truly was a dream! The youngest in our group was 10 & the eldest was 80 & they both loved being at this Villa! I did keep an eye on the meter to make sure our air conditioning didn’t surpass the limit, which I suggest doing. We all only used the a/c at night and we just were under the limit. We cooked many meals at the villa and the kitchen had a lot of space. We went to Grace Bay one day & the beach is beautiful but We are spoiled at the villa because we have Taylor Bay which is just as beautiful if not more beautiful than Grace Bay beach. Thank you Bob & Family to opening up your beautiful villa on Homeaway it gave all my family a beautiful , unforgettable vacation!

What an amazing week with great friends in a beautiful house! We enjoyed spectacular sunsets, beach time at Taylor Bay and Sapodilla beaches. Walked up Sapodilla hill to see the rock carvings. Lunch at Las Brisas, dinner at Mango Reef and mostly just enjoying time at the house with conversation and dinners while watching the sunsets and listening to lots of yacht rocks. Highly recommend a catamaran snorkeling trip at Blue Haven Marina with provo Sail / Blue Collectie! We enjoyed a great trip to Iguana Island and had a delicious lunch (including jungle juice!) The view of turquoise water from the balcony never gets old. What a blessing to have this time together with friends, making memories that will lasts a lifetime. PRICELESS!!

We've had a lovely time at Sunset Point Villa. Spent days enjoying the activities, beautiful water and ambience of the Islands. We enjoyed the private boat tour from Island Vibes. Had a great crew including Lex,Jr and the captain. They were extremely knowledgeable and sweet. We also rented jet ski around the corner. They delivered the ski's to our pier and gae us good deals.

We had 4 couples staying and we all agree: This has been the best we could have hoped for. From the perfect location to the best sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed the easy ocean access and not having to deal with the sand. We had a squid hanging out under the dock along with 3 manta rays. We bought fresh fish and lobster right at our dock from the local fishermen and they were fantastic. We cant say enough about our stay and have already highly recommend it to many of our friends. Thank you!
