About this villa

Caicos Breeze Villa is situated in the quiet Karaya Blue community in the Long Bay area, one street back from the ocean. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is newly built, modern in design, and professionally appointed to make your visit to the island memorable. It’s perfect for a small group of friends, kiteboarders, and those looking to get away and explore life on the island.

The kitchen is well appointed with a large GE refrigerator and dishwasher, a Samsung induction cooktop, Cavavin bar fridge, Weber BBQ, and many additional tools to help you’re your meal and beverage prep a breeze.

The living areas and patio are equipped with a Sonos system for an indoor/outdoor immersive music environment. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and a full complement of high-quality linens, and every washroom is equipped with double sinks and indoor/outdoor showers.

The “Glass House” design embraces the indoor-outdoor use of space with a private pool just steps away. Enjoy a coffee early in the morning and catch the sun rise on the roof top patio where there is an ocean view.

The villa includes all amenities for a perfect day at the beach, including beach chairs, umbrella, towels, Bluetooth speaker and a cooler for your use. You can use the beach path next to the villa, or drive to one of the many public accesses on the island (all the beaches in Providenciales are public).

At night, experience the designated ‘Dark Sky’ environment and do some stargazing when the sun goes down, or enjoy some TV on the 75” flat screen television.

For peace of mind, the villa is equipped with gated access, a security system that is monitored, cameras that monitor access points (not the pool or living areas for your privacy), and a small wall safe to store passports and valuables. For any kiters looking to stay close to the action, the villa also has a garage for gear storage.

Caicos Breeze Villa is a short 10-minute walk from our doorstep to Long Bay Beach along a private beach path.

A short 8-minute drive will land you in the heart of Grace Bay for groceries, shopping and dining.

Providenciales International Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

A rental car is highly recommended.

Villa Policies

Electricity is metered and an allowance of $150/week (210 kWh/week of grid use) is given – anything above that will be charged back at market rate + 12% tax. Ensure all doors are closed if air-conditioning is operating.

No smoking or vaping.

No events allowed

Charge for false security alarms is $100.

Rates reflect an occupancy of two people per bedroom (including children, babies, and infants).
