Savor the good life at Villa Sandpiper, a new two-bedroom beachfront villa on Smith’s Reef beach. The modern waterfront villa includes three levels, stunning panoramic views of the turquoise waters and white sand of the Atlantic Ocean, and all the amenities you need to relax and rejuvenate while in paradise. At the villa, you can dive into your own private plunge pool or swim right into the crystal clear waters of Providenciales for incredible snorkeling, water sports, and more. The villa is conveniently located steps from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the restaurants of Turtle Cove Marina.

Immerse yourself in the relaxing pace of the Caribbean at this modern two-bedroom villa that offers all of the amenities you need to unwind. Villa Sandpiper features high-speed Wi-Fi, A/C, a washer and dryer, and maid service which includes cleaning before and after your stay as well as one mid-week cleaning. Clean towels, linens, and hair dryers are provided so you don’t have to worry about the little things.

Villa Sandpiper has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare meals to enjoy al fresco on the patio against the brilliant blue hues of the sky and sea or dine inside without missing panoramic views of the beach. For more outdoor dining, there is a private BBQ grill that’s perfect for savoring meals under the sun and stars.

The villa includes two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bath. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and includes a “Jack-and-Jill” bathroom that is shared with the first floor. The master bedroom on the second level features two private terraces with views of the waterfront as well as the marina. The master bedroom also has access to the third-floor terrace, which has sweeping panoramic views of the entire island from the rooftop. Villa Sandpiper shares one wall with neighboring Villa Sandpebble and they each have separate, private pools, grills, and outdoor areas.

Villa Sandpiper is the perfect place to explore Turks and Caicos, with Grace Bay Beach just steps from the property. You can swim directly into Smiths Reef, which has the best snorkeling on the island, and enjoy a wide range of water sports, from swimming and sailing to kayaking and scuba diving in the clean, clear waters.
