About this villa

Villa Enandi is an extraordinary villa that is situated on and overlooks the Leeward canal. Located within Leeward settlement which is one of the most sought after neighborhood in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. All modern amenities are included as the construction was completed in 2023.

The interior has a stunning 2 story height foyer to welcome you into the villa. The furnishing are all new and were installed in November 2023. All of the furnishings were hand-chosen to complement one another and blend beautifully to create a comfortable and stylish home. The villa features a grand living room with an open floor plan. A fully equipped kitchen and an island that seats 6 or the dining table that seats 10.

Villa Enandi has non-motorized sports (kayaks, paddleboards and snorkeling gear), or you can get picked up off our dock, for a half-day or full-day private boating or snorkeling tour.

• Master Bedroom (see photo): King size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite full bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. Access to balcony on the second floor.
• Bedroom 2 (see photo): King size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower. Access to balcony on the second floor.
• Bedroom 3 (see photo): King size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower. Access to balcony on the second floor.
• Bedroom 4 (see photo): King size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower. Access to balcony on the second floor.
• Bedroom 5 (see photo): Also referred to as the Gaming Room, this room features two twin beds, a day bed, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, TV, PlayStation 5 and walkout access to the pool area on the first floor.

Location Information

• 20-minute drive from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS).
• 3-minute drive to Sunset Beach, a quiet intimate beach in the Leeward settlement.
• 6-minute drive to the world's best beach (central Grace Bay) restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club are located.

Outdoor Amenities

The stunning 30 x 15 foot (9 x 4.5 m) heated outdoor pool is the focal point of the villa's fabulous grounds. The dock is nearly 90 feet long (27 m) which would allow excursions to pick you up directly. The outdoor area features an outdoor table with 10 chairs, a cozy outdoor couch, an egg chair and several lounge chairs. There is a sound system that you can connect your music. There is a gas Weber BBQ grill with gas burners, perfect for family entertaining. Natural vegetation and tropical plants feature throughout the villa's extensive grounds.

• One midweek cleaning included for a one-week stay.
• Optional services can be added at an extra cost for a private chef or butler service.

Villa Policies

• Power allowance included up to $500/week.
• Please note any power overage is charged back at current market rate + 12% tax.
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
• Generally offered weekly on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis.
• No smoking.
• No pets
• No events allowed
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Check-out before 10:00 AM
